Rachael Kewley is a Transformational Leader with twenty-five years’ experience in management consulting. She has worked in various Program Manager and Project Manager roles leading global major capital projects and enterprise solutions. She has an MSc in IT, roots in software and product development, operations, service design and change management. Recognised for leading digital transformations in Finance and Energy sectors driving end to end implementation. Her portfolio includes private and government clients. Assignments have spanned USA, Europe, Russia, India and Azerbaijan with a solid UK and Middle East record (10 years+ in the Gulf), including leading pioneering Digital Oil Field delivery in Iraq.
In parallel, Rachael is also a practicing Visual Artist. She graduated with a BA (hons) in Visual Communications from Edinburgh College of Art and established her own design business as a professional Illustrator. Her work is widely published and she has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions throughout the UK and UAE.
She is an experienced coach; an Enhanced Practitioner as a Conversational Intelligence©Coach (C-IQ), Change First (PCI) practitioner and Inter-Cultural Mapping (ICI) practitioner. She partners with clients at all levels; from boardroom, across the employee ecosystem as well working with individuals to build high-value relationships, unite workforces to strengthen the way businesses think, learn and perform.
