Join Douglas McLachlan (Partner –Intellectual Property), Barry Nichol (Partner – Employment) and Scott Fyfe (Associate - Corporate) from national law firm Anderson Strathern, as they introduce you to a range of topics including intellectual property, contracts and GDPR.

Organisation Structures – sole trader, company, partnership etc, general principals and main distinctions (Scott Fyfe)
Worker status – the three categories, worker, employee and self employed, what factors are taken into account when deciding into which category an engagement falls (Barry Nichol)

Douglas McLachlan and Barry Nichol are both partners at national law firm Anderson Strathern and have many years experience advising organisations across all sectors including in the creative industries on all aspects of Intellectual Property and Employment Law respectively.
